About Me

A little about me

Born and raised on a Hay and cattle ranch in a small East Idaho Valley where everyone is either family or close friends. My dad still grows some of the best horse hay in Idaho and can't seem to give up raising Herefords. I grew up riding horses; from a 1/2 shetland-1/2 thoroughbred horse to anything that we raised and sent to the track but had come home cause it just didn't want to run - to any old retired race horse I could throw a saddle on. My dad raised and raced flat track and chariot horses. I bought my first Rodeo card when I was 11 years. I Ran barrels, tied goats, roped calves and polebend clear through High School, then ran barrels, tied goats and roped calves in College, where I met my husband. He heads and heals and back then roped calves and bulldogged too.

My husband and I have three grown daughters and 5 grandchild.

I have a love for my God, my husband, our daughters and their families that is as big as these Idaho skies, and I would be proud to invite you in.

Join me daily to laugh and sometimes cry as we strive to live in a way that is glorifying to our Lord.

I hope that maybe by sharing with you, you will be encouraged and uplifted. Knowing that we all have struggles, we keep in mind that we are also blessed as we do our best to become more like Christ. So please, make yourself at home here each evening and allow me to share some of the happenings in this everyday life.
